clutch question??

ok.. so i am going to swaping my b16 tranny for a GSR tranny.. and while i'm in there.. i'm gonna replace the clutch.... Which clutch company should i go with... ?? and would i get one for a B16 or GSR?? i dont need a full out race clutch, but i dont want to put a stock one either.. thanks. .

How much torque do you need to hold? ACT HD/SS is a good one if you're not over 240 lbft at the wheels. The B16 and GSR clutches should be the same.

i have the ACT XTSS i love it
some people complain that my clutch is too hard but i have no problems with it

go for teh stage 2 ACT clutch it feels normal and should hold unless you have a crazy setup, but then you shouldn't be asking this question

i use nothing else.....act uses oem cores...exedy hands down....just get a sprung center section

Actually, ACT uses exedy "cores". Exedy is good, ACT is better in a street car.

HD/SS is what you want, XT/SS if you're making gobs of torque
