does anyone have a preference to what brand clutch you would use on your car??
my favorites are exedy and clutchmasters, ive had good experiences with both.... i had a clutchmasters stage 3 that lasted for 6 years (about 50k miles) in a b16a DA that i used to have. and that sucker was revved to 9k regularly. hell i went through 3 transmissions in that time with that same clutch and i always loved it.
I personally like Exedy. Always had good luck with their products.
Quality you can see and feel.
ACT with 6 puck solid disc, burnout for days especially with an lsd.
Stock motor = stock clutch.
has anyone had any experiance with xtd?
My friend had a stage two XTD in his B16 EF, I never herd him say anything bad about it.
You also have to remember that Exedy clutches are in just about ALL Japanese cars and 40% of American vehicles from the factory. Good stuff.
