Clutch questions

hey guys, i have a preferance question for you all. I am going to need to upgrade my clutch because I am going turbo. I was wandering what you would suggest. I have found a Clutchmasters Stage 2 or 3 for 445.00. they are the same price. otherwise I was looking into exedy. but they have different types. like thick sprung and thin sprung. what would I need. am looking to get 200-220hp out of this. the exedy are cheaper but i don't understand if i would need a thick sprung or thin sprung. I want to stay around 350 - 425. but i don't know what you think, i am going to keep the stock flywheel because I am not a fan or lightened ones.

personally i like ACT

lots of people have great experiences with exedy

those are the only 2 i would consider
