ive been having some problems with my clutch lately i have a boosted 92 hatch w/B16a. the guy i brought it from told me the car had a springless cluth something like that but the cluth catches when its almost all the way up, every here and there it will catch as soon as i verly release the pedal could it be my tranny oil??

It sounds to me like the clutch is on it's last leg. Tranny oil won't make that happen. Also check to see if your clutch has an adjustment (if it's a cable clutch).

it is a cable clutch, but could you explain why its on its last leg??

Well, if the clutch is catching at the very top, that typically indicates a very worn clutch. However, if the cable needs to be adjusted or is sticking, it would cause the same problem, so check that first.
