My friends 2 gen jdm b16a in a 94 SI N/A running uberdata on a p28 throws a codes everyonce in a while. The motor has been in for a few months now. Hardly b eaten. He drives and treats the car really easily

Fuel Delivery/oxygen sensor
The sensor is a 10 month old Honda Sensor from the dealer.
We checked voltage a the pump, we got 12.9 volts when the battery read 14.3
We changed the Fuel Pres Reg. and the pressure is 32psi at idle and 43 when the engine is revved, coldstarted etc.
Any Ideas?
