Code 9 on LSVTEC

well i finally broke down and built my LSVTEC.

build details are as follows.

Block
11:1 compression IB spec Wiseco Pistons w/i 1gram of each other
IB spec rods w/i 1gram of each other
balanced, blue printed
ITR Oil Pump
CTR crank pulley woowoo no bueno
stock oil pan
OEM honda bearings, seals and gaskets

Head-
Stock OBD0 PR3 B16 Head

Trans/drivetrain-
Exedy Stage 1 Clutch
Kaiten Super Flywheel
LS trans

Engine Management-
OBD1 conversion
P28 w/GSR maps street tuned for now. Soon - Hondata S200 !!!

Misc-
Golden Eagle LSVTEC conversion kit
Golden Eagle cam seal

Ok, occasionally my car will hit VTEC, and sometimes it will not. I have a Code 9, will this have anything to do with it?
