i have a 91 si crx with a jdm b16a obd0 and its throwing a code 9 what is a code 9 my car runs but it has a bad hesation like its breaking up at low rpms could it be the dizzy that is throwing a code 9 makeing it run like this if so are there any other dizzys that i could use
