Coilover Installation

    anyone know of a online faq that gives step by step instructions on how
    to install coilovers for a '96 civic?

    i dont feel like paying some shop owner 65.00 to install them.....

    i have access to a impact gun and compressor and spring compressor if necessary

    do yourself a favor and get a helms manual (helminc.com), i recently did a full coilover install on my 5th gen. do a search on google. ive seen plenty of tutorials on instaling them.

    there should be directions with the coilovers on how to put them together.... follow those and then just put them on the same way you put regular springs/struts on

    nope, no instructions in the box. it cant be that hard to install
    coilovers on a civic.....

    do i keep the bumpstops?

    id cut the bumpstops in half...and order new bushings and bolts for the rear lca's cause they like to break when you remove them, leaving you to press new bushings in, and pay 6.36 a piece for new bolts and 12 bucks for each bushing :(
