Ok, well, this is my first attempt at upgrading audio. I have a COMPLETELY STOCK 94 Accord LX, and all the speakers are blown except 1. Even that one is almost shot. I have no idea what i'm doing in this matter. If someone could tell me who, what, when, where, and why... The works. I want to learn as much as I can about this, If you can direct me to some site or something of that nature, it would be greatly appriciated! Thanks for your time.

first look up the size speakers on for your vehicle.

then go to wal-mart or if you really want quality go to your local car audio shop.
Pioneer has always been a good cheap replacement.
I personally use JBL components which are amplified.
Memphis PR has a good line and really scream.

it's really simple to remove the speakers.
phillips and flathead screw driver
wire crimp.
electrical tape
butt connectors.

What do you want to end up with? Just replacement speakers that work? Or a rolling club? Taco15's idea is good for just getting some sound, you can make a really good sounding system for not a whole lot of money getting components, running crossovers, and a couple amps with a small (or big) sub.
