Compression Problem!!

I have a b16 engine and want to know if there is a way to tell if it needs new rings or just a head gasket. I did a compression test on it today and it was bad. 110 90 80 80. Has no power at all. Can't even drive it. It will idle but after 2k rpm its crap.

whats the oil look like? what color smoke is coming out of your exhaust? White = water, antifrezze, bad headgasket, cracked waterjacket, warped head.

Blueish white smoke? bad rings, bad valve seals, floating valve due to improper valve seating or bad valve springs

How many miles are on the motor? has it ever overheated?

Do a leak down test, it's way more diagnostic in telling you where your problem lies.
