correct Dizzy for gsr swap?

hey not sure if this is the correct place for this, but was wondering, do i need a obd1 dizzy for an obd1 gsr motor swap, or can either obd1 or obd2 work...

also will any b series starter work on this motor, we are in the process of assembling it now with parts and getting it prepped for drop in to my bud's car...?
