Cost of motor/tranny

how much does one of these swaps usually go for? as in motor/tranny/ecu/harness. i dont know of any online motor sales that offer them, so how much will i be looking to pay from a junkyard? or as a used unit off someone? im not looking for sales pitches, just a ballpark figure. thanks ahead of time

I've done 3 LS swaps, 2 in progress, not one cost me more than 1k for the whole swap. Did a turbo setup, doing one now, not gonna cost me more than 1k for it either.

So....I build complete Turbo-LS's for less than 2200, but they're all mine, I can't seem to ever want to give up a complete engine.
