I know there's some guys in Europe on the boards, so maybe they can chime in.

About how much, in USD, do the Cosworth Escorts go for? Also, I know there's a few rolling around the US, but what would it take to bring one over? I know someone who can do it(Euro shop), but don't really want to bother them. If anything, I'd rather try to find one already in the US.

I think around 55 grand for one, let alone the USDOT legalization, registration, tags, etc. I want one too.

Have you seen any for sale here in the states? I was thinking they *should* cost less than the newer Evo's and STi's.

you may have better luck with an rs200.

check Canada and Mexico. i believe they are available there but you still have to import them and legalize it to drive in the US.

Well, one thing I noticed about Cosworth scorts is that they actually seem to hold their value due to their rarity in the US, and in Europe.

It's been a while since I looked into what it takes to get one, but 55k was something I remembered. Might want to try researching it more than just from my word though.

the Cosworth engine bolts into an XR4Ti. The XR has an extra "C" pillar because the EU glass won't pass around here.

the WRX JDM is nothing compared to a Cosworth . NOTHING. I have the lowest line of Cosworth engine, and it's the most beautiful machine I've ever beheld. It's on a stand as display right now.
