cr-v tranny

so i was bsing with a few of my buddies and we waws just talking about random ass swaps in cars and shit like the f20c powered s-14 240sx and i was like i wonder what a s2k motor would be like if it was front wheel drive???

well one of my (know it all friends) says that a cr-v tranny will bolt right up to the f20c motor is this true???

does any one know of any front wheel drive tranny that will bolt of to the f20c

f20c is transverse mounted, that means rwd. the tranny points to the back. it would take a full custom job to get it to work. search around, i've seen pictures of it done. it's just too expensive and doesn't produce enough to make it worthwhile.

Not that the engine is inferior or anything, it just isn't worth it.

The K series has so much potential and would be cheaper to complete with better results.
