Crack in my dash :\

My dash go f*cked up with someone broke into my car to steal my audio. I secured the deck real well, so there solution was to bust up the whole dash and center console. I bought a used dash but there is a 3 inch crack right under the VIN. Does anyone have a good suggestion on how I can fix it?

buy a plastic welder off ebay for 30 bucks and rpr it or get some good model cement and glue it
