crank pulley ?

I am starting my first engine rebuild on my 86 CRX HF(EW1)

After the rebuild is done, will I have to have the crankshaft pulley ballanced if I am putting the stock pulley back on or just when you change the pulley?

If you are using the original pulley then I dont see any reason why you would have to get it balanced.

Possibility of crank pulley being out of balance is very low.
