    what is the difference in a d15 crank, a d16 crank, and a zc crank? can you put a d15 crank in a zc??

    Nope. The D16 and ZC cranks are the same. The D15 crank has smaller main journals compared to the D16, so you can't swap cranks between D15 and D16 blocks.
