Crx 1.5L PGMFI Auto convert to 1.6L MPFI Auto

Hey Everyone ,

I have a 90 CRX DX. I hate the 1.5L(D15b2) w/ the dooty PGMFI 2 port injection intake, but I want to keep the car an automatic because I'm a girl .
I have the 1.6L(d16a6) engine from an SI CRX ready to be put in, but I want
to change my intake to the Si MPFI(PM6) too. I know the d16a6 will bolt up
to the 1.5L 2 port intake and call it a day, but what do I need to do to use the
entire SI engine & MPFI intake to work for the automatic transmission?

Do I need to use the Si wiring harness and computer too?

Any help would be so great!

the D16A6 Si engine into the DX will need the DPFI to MPFI wiring changes using the DX engine harness - you will need an ECU from 90 or 91 Civic EX with automatic transmission - other than that you shouldn't have any problems - since you will still be using the DX harness, the automatic will continue to function as it did
