crx seat swap

I got a set of 88-89 crx si seats from a friend of mine for free
they are in good condition, the drivers side foam is starting to wear out so I want to take my passenger seat out out of my 90 crx si and use that foam.
best way the take apart the seats.
also I am thinking that the seat pans are different. anyone know if this true, am I going to have to change out the seat pans? how much of a pain in the ass is that job.
how do I take out the headrest in the seats?

i should be very self explanitory....just undo the bolts and remember were they go...its easy....

88-89 Crx seats will not work in a 90-91..the seat pans are different.AS for the headrests,i thought they just pulled out..mine did at least.
