Custom Gauges?

I was wondering if anyone had any info on changing the gauge cluster in my car?

IE: moving the redline up to 8K, modifying the needles to glow like the '04 civic's or even getting a blue or what ever color border to glow.

a gauge swap would be nice but what would I house it in with out it looking like crap.

well a couple of ways to do it
1 get new faces printed up and glue them over the old
swap out the gauges in the cluster
or swap the cluster for somthing else

gauges swap sounds the best. once it warms up i am going to take my cluster apart and see what I can do.

i may pick up a spare cluster so that if i screw something up i am covered

i know there's shit on ebay that you can change the color of certain cars needles from the stock to blue... dont know about other colors though.

they make needles for 88-91 civic/crx , 92-95 civics, and 96-00 civics
colors are yellow, violet, ice blue, cobalt blue, green, and amber

edit: hmm, the needles are ghetto as fuck but the UV light source seems legit...
