Custom turbo kit

ok I'm just a lazy turd so could someone tell me the approx. price for a custom turbo setup for a 1990 crx si w/b16 Sir 1 swap? preferably a t3/t4 setup, external waste gate, manifold that retains a/c option, and about 10-14 psi max boost. Thanx from the lazy shit. P.S. also any internals needed.
