of course you can, a D series is a D series. You will have to find some way to make the VTEC activate though, either with some kind of RPM activated switch or use an Si computer and add the extra wires that you need
what about the fact that on the CX, the pistons are only notched for 2 valves instead of four like the DX, EX or SI. Will the pistons clear the valves??
