Can some one please give me deatils of what i need to buy, all i know is im gonna use a d16y8 head. I know i need the following.

D16y8 Complete head
d16y8 intake gasket
D16y8 exhaust gasket
a vtec controller (if anyone has one or knows how to make one for cheap please post that)
a FPR (fuel pressure regulator)
is that it?
Please help, if you can help just post them and im thanking your before hand!!!

Yes and no. You can't tune with just the P28 ECU, it will just run your engine and think that it's an EX engine. That's all. You get VTEC control with stock fuel curves. With the VTEC controller (VAFC or other) you get full tuning capabilities. It may be harder to get the fuel curves right on initially, but it's better in the end compared to just running the P28 ECU.
