What ever happened to war heroes and Generals running for public office? And McCain doesn't count, he's now been a politician for 30 something years.

the problem is they keep blaming the war shortcomings on the generals and commanders and forcing them into retirement, scape-goating
so how can "disgraced" military personnel run for office?
and why would they want to, they probably have had enough of the red tape by now

    times have changed
when your military is more worried about politics and political correctness than doing their job, there is a problem.
