Hi all, just converted a D15 EK to a B16 out of another EK. All went well apart from a few problems.

Firstly it hits the rev limit at something like 7,200, not the 8k it should be. Can anyone shed any light on why this could be? The EML light is on and also the ABS light is also.i done the clip test and it brought up these probels as to why the eml is on

1 oxygen sensor 2 electrical load detector and 3 crank fluctuation sensor

Next the gearbox ratios seem stupidly short compared to the D15 gearbox? It will do 35ish in first up the the limiter (7,200)ish And then in 2nd hits the limiter at 55mph? How does that work? Surely something wrong with that. I've watched some video's on Youtube of EK's that are B16'd and they are a lot longer than this. Anyone know why this could be?

I got all the gear out of a running Civic (heard running, didn't drive it)
What I got was:
Engine
Gearbox
Driveshafts
ECU
Engine loom
Gearlinkages.

All of this was from the same car. I'm now wondering if I needed the interior loom out of the donor car? People have said I didn't but not sure now having these problems :/

If anyone could shed some light that would be great.
