A buddy of mine has a 91 HF, (d15) and just purchased a D16a6, hes wondering if the head off the A6 will bolt onto the d15 with all the oil journals matching up and everything. The A6 is blown, so we can salvage some parts off of it. any comments would be appreciated.

I have heard both ways about piston reliefs. Just make sure your d15 block has enough piston reliefs for the pistons on the a6 head.

I have heard the samethings, so I would definatly clay the pistons. But the rest of the swap should be straight forward.
