D15 to B16 swap

Hi guys,has anyone swapped a D15 to B16 on his civic EG? I need to know what steps i must follow to make a complete swap on my vehicle. I have all the swap "stuff" such as:
engine,harness,ecu,gearbox,axles....

Some pics from you guys would be really appretiated!!! (and really helpfull indeed!)
