so i swapped a jdm d15b vtec in my eg and i had problems starting the car then it started blowing fuses. well i put in a new starter and it doesnt blow fuses anymore but it still wont turn over, it cranks but thats it. today i installed a brand new whole distributor and new spark plug wires and the spark plugs are new, the engine still wont turn over but it almost sounds like its making a high pitched cranking...if that makes sense. its getting fuel and the fuel pump runs does anybody know what else i should check?
