like the title says i got a d15b7 block and i had to replace the head gasket so i went ahead and slapped on a y5 head. before the swap the b7 ran fine other than having no ass to it but now with the y5 head when i engage vtec it runs fine but without it when i hit around 4000rpm it bogs down and loses power. i think my timing belt is off one tooth. would that be whats pissing it off?i know its making a valve tap .
