D15Z1 Engine surging, help needed...

Got the d15z1 fully swapped into my crx. Engine started up no problem, no cels. Engine idles great, revs fine, but has a hesitation/surging problem around ~1500rpm at part throttle (think trying to take off in first gear). Have gone through all the vacuum diagrams and everything is hooked up right. Any ideas?

Oh yeah, idles at ~600rpm, timing is set, and vacuum is 15psi at idle.

surging... sounds like a vacuum issue even tho u don't want to read that. check all ur grounds too. i had similar problem when re-swapping a vtec-E back into my VX. drove me nuts....finally went to shop & they said 1 vac hose connected wrong & a bad ground on the ...Tstat i believe. good luck
