d16 Burning a ton of oil

Changed my oil two weeks ago. Checked my oil and there was not any on the dip stick. I know my car burns oil. White smoke comes out of the exhaust when I am in higher RPMs. Thinking about replacing the valve seals. Could this be the problem?

humm... does it smell sweet at all? could be a head gasket as well sadly
