I'd go with the d16. More readily available aftermarket. Using the si tranny should be good for what you're doing, but as far as an lsd, you will have to buy one seperate and install it.

You can use the si ecu with the d16. Just get it chipped and tuned when you install the turbo. Uberdata and crome are free but you will need someone who knows how to tune.

What kind of whp are you looking to make?

Hope this helped. Good luck with the build.

Any 92-95 ex or si tranny will do. As far as finding an si engine and trans, check junkyards, this website's for sale section, or any website that sells honda engines. Check any aftermarket site for lsds, not sure on prices though.

200whp is a reasonable goal, should put you into the mid to low 14's depending on how much you gut the car.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

p20/b000 is good. it has a very consistent gear ratio. as far as power if you want to push that many ponies you should get some eagle rods, ross pistons, and a spacer. i pushed my d16z6 to 375 but i've got 6,000+ in the engine. fuel i'd go for precision injectors(440's are the biggest you can go on a stock computer.

If you are going turbo you should be able to make well over 200whp with the d 16.. An if you go built block turbo easy 325-350whp all day every day. check out
