D16A6 idling to low

My 91 civic si is idling low at 650, where should it be idling at? 850-1K? What could be causing the problem, it doesn't hunt up and down but just idles perfectly at about 650. How can i adjust the idle?

Lots of questions.

Thanks Blanco, why didn't i think of that. I'm so used to working on 6cyl engines and when it comes to 4 i'm lost. This is my first 4 cyl and it's quite a learning experience.
