d16a6 into a 91 civic hatchback dx

i have a 91 civic dx hatch bandit race car, im looking to swap motors to get some more power. Im wondering if I can swap a d16a6 (88-91 si hatch 1.6) into this car with no problems. and is there a chance i can swap the 1.6 out of the 92-95 si hatchback because your getting an extra 17 horse.

Search "MPFI conversion" for information on how to convert your car to work with the D16A6. It's pretty straightforward. For the 1.6 from a 92-95 Si hatchback, you'll probably want to convert to OBD1 in addition to the MPFI swap- that way you can run the original VTEC ECU also.
