D16A6 (PM6) Rev-Limiter

i know the limiter on a 99 saturn sl1 cuts the fuel off at 95..., maybe off topic but with putting a obdo b16 in my 89 si, what will be my limit? 7k-8k? and what about a top speed limiter??, and on topic, my 88 crx with d16a6 swap redlined at 7k
