Try it and find out. You going to pull the motor out anyway, right? So if I remember right there are brakets that hold it on. Take it off and just see if it bolts to the new motor. If there are no brakets, just take the pump off and try it, your going to have to disconnect have the stuff anyway. "Most" d-series parts are compatible with each other, like Chevy v8s so you shouldn't have to worry.
