i hope someone here could give me a few pointers ive asked this question on other sites and they remained unanswerd..i am about to swap a obd1 b18b into my 98 civic ex..it was previously in my friends eg so i get everything i need axles ecu ect...i was curious which would be the easier route to take...buy the ecu jumper harness from boomslang and use my harness with the obd1 ecu or swaping out my current d16y8 wiring harness with the one he used for his car and not getting the jumper harness...if its easier to keep my harness which i hope it is, will all the sensors and plugs match up besides vtec and knock sensor of course...any info could be helpful thanks

it's easier to keep your stock harness, and that's what you're supposed to do whenever doing an engine swap (only exception being k-series). get yourself an obd2-obd1 jumper, plug in the obd1 ecu, and you'll be good to go.
