Well i got a D16Y8 in my Brothers ef 1991 STD model, when we got it in and running its only running on 3 cylinders we have compression, injectors are firing and getting spark. We have tried new spark plugs, new wires, new rotor button and cap different dizzy and not running a Vtec Ecu different injectors, correct firing order, all valves are working and no matter what we do the number 2 cylinder will not fire.

Have you checked for compression in the offending cylinder?
