D16Y8, tranny & ECU for sale

I want to sell this engine, tranny and ECU. The engine had about 75,000 miles on it, while the tranny had about 15,000. I'm not sure but I think the engine has a couple of bent valves in it. A friend of mine told me that that's what he thought it was. Could be fine though... Don't know.
