I just pulled my D16Z6 out of my 95 Civic Ex. It includes everything you need to do the swap except the ECU(engine, tranny, axles, shift linkages, all wiring,engine mounts, etc...). It has an AEM under-driver pulley and a AEM cam gear, both are blue. Has NGK spark plug wires. I will throw in a new timing belt and stock airbox with the motor.
I'm asking $550(modified) for everything but if I will consider all reasonable offers.
