I've Installed the new engine connected everything up and had been waiting on my new(obd1) dizzy and ecu(p28) for what seemed like ages. My package arrived and to my surprise I found a obd1 dizzy and a pm6 ecu from a 88-91 civic/crx. Now I had the conversion harness from rywire in advance and had already hooked this up and had waited on what I thought were the parts needed to finish this swap. Am I correct in saying the pm6 ecu will not work on a d16z6 engine? Thanks in advance.

My friend ran a pm6 on his, but since it's not a vtec ecu, vtec will not turn on, and I'm sure other things wouldnt work properly.

But if you do use the pm6(temporarily), you've gotta make sure you have the obd-0 distributor plugged up too. It will run.
