I have a 93 hatchback cx and I was wondering what I have to do to put the d16z6 in. I bought a complete motor, wiring harness, and computer have no tranny. Does the cx tranny bolt on to the d16 and what else do I have to do to put it in? I know that I have to do some wiring so the vtec will work, but should I use the d16z6 wiring harness or the cx?
 
CX tranny will bolt up,use the Z6 harness if you can
and then run the wires that you need to from that (vtec).The ECU will plug right into your car.It is a bolt in swap,just like pulling your motor and putting it back.
 
Is there a site on the internet that tells you were to connect the wires to the computer for the vtec to work?
