d16z6 intake manifold help

wondering where and what hoses go to these spots also on the back theres this tiny nipple that looks like this

hose 1 - to purge canister
hose 2 connects to hose 3
hose 4 - brake booster
little nipple on back of manifold - connects to bottom of purge cut-off solenoid on firewall

ok so when i do hose 2 to 3 there is still coolant comeing out the back of the intake manifold any idea what gos there?
