i am doing a zc sohc vtec swap into my 92 dx hatch ....i have to wire it 4 vtec.. I wanted to know what would be the best way of wiring the vtec.
and do i have to get a new gauge cluster with a techometer

just go to your local junkyard and pull out a stock ex/si/lx gauge cluster, i got mine for 50 bucks. the wiring side of things i believe is listed in hondaswaps faq section.

WIring vtec doesn't have anything to do with the tachometer.

Look in to the general tech articles section, there is a how to on wiring vtec. Then if you want to get a cluster with a tach, go do as mentioned and get a VX, Si, or EX cluster, it plugs right in, no wiring mods needed.
