Ok first off i have terrible spelling and i suck at explaing things to plz bear with me. Ok I have searched alot and read alot and i just want to make a list of both my options and just clarify if they are correct and if not then what i need to change so i can make the right choices. I have a d16z6 that I am putting into a 90 crx dx. I also have all the wiring to convert it to hf ill explain why i told u that in a sec. Option 1. Convert over to obd1, keeping the stock dizzy getting a p28 ecu the converstion harness like this one http://vtecfrog.com/images/OB0-OBD2b.jpg do i have to have the subharness?, does that harness just make my stock wiring adapt to the diff ecu? If i do this does that mean that i dont have to get this http://vtecfrog.com/images/OB0-OBD2b.jpg ? I know im missing some parts of it and if you could plz tell me in half decent detail. Option2. Sense i have all the wiring off a hf that includeds from motor all the way to the ecu and the ecu for that matter, can i just put all of that in and then buy this http://rywire.com/store/product_info.php?c...c7427668616e49b and call it a day. If you could plz tell me what i have wrong and or missing. Im leaning twords converting to obd1 just becouse the motor should run better, i just dont know what all i have to change over i read some were that someone said u have to put diffrent intake manifolds and shit and im just confused.
