d16z6 swap into 92 DX hatch

i swapped a d16z6 into a dx, and now its throwing a code 41. showing that its got an O2 sensor problem....i converted the 5 wire o2 to the 4 wire, but the code still flashes....what do i do?

Did you reset the computer after the o2 conversion??if so then
I would try to run the new 4 wire o2 straight to the computer.or try another new 4 wire o2 censor and double check all your connections...good luck bro!
