d16z6 swap question

i got a 1995 civic dx that i am swaping a z6 into now i need to know if my trany and axles will work if not please let me know thank you!

they will work, but to get the best out of the motor you need a si or ex tranny

A decent Si tranny can go for a couple hundred bucks. I found one for my CRX a while back for $100 with the axles, but I was lucky to have come across it. Guess it depends on where you are or what the demand is in your area.

lol low demand in fact i think there is one sitting in the junkyard. nobody around here is swaping, so i guess i am like the lone ranger but thats fine maybe i will get their attention and build a scene oh and thanx for the help

well i was going to but then i noticed it was leaking when i put it back together and my block is cracked
