D16Z6 swap to D16Z6

Hey ppl,

im changing my broken D16Z6 engine, in my Del Sol 93, in to a D16Z6. Im just changing the engine and I dont need a new transmisson or anything. Its the same spec on both engines.


Do I have to remove the transmisson to do this? Or is it possible to just lift the engineblock out ?


If someone has any ide, please tell me..

you can do it either way, but as for me its easier to pull the trans with it

Just pull the transmission out too. It's a bitch to reconnect the tranny to the engine while it's still in the car.
