D16z6 to a D15b

Hey all, my fiance's d16z6 is on it's way out, and i want to swap in a newish engine.. hmotors sells a d15b for pretty cheap, and i was wondering, is there anything that i would need to change for the swap? mounts, wire harness, drive shafts, etc.

not a thing but if you use the po8 ecu you will need a 1 wire 02 sensor.other than that its a direct fit and plug up easest swap ever

Why not buy another Z6 for half the price?

i plan on putting a HMT on it, and thats what Calesta linked me to, lol. also, i don't know where to get one(prefer a shop, not private)

To each their own. I bought two running Z6s for how much you'll spend on one D15B VTEC.

so, you got two for $500? with 30-40k miles? where at?

The only thing a D15B VTEC is to me, is a destroked Z6 with more difficult to find parts. Depending on where you buy the engine from, it might be in good shape or it might be more gunked up than any USDM engine with similar mileage. Not worth the extra cost to me. I'd rather spend $200-300 on a Z6. But, to each their own.
