I am rebuilding my VTEC D16Z6, and have had the head, valves, valve guides, etc. done.
Being VTEC, I have heard various stories/opinions about "priming" it with oil to make sure there is some in there for oil pressure when it is first started so that all the valves are moving correctly, so as not to bend one.
So, how do I go about this, or making sure this won't happen?
